Video Editing
Help the public connect a multi-billion-dollar piece of civic infrastructure with expressions of Australian lives, culture, and history. The tone needed to feel honest, inclusive, and optimistic.
Each of the six vignettes played to the medium in which the artist worked, their personal character, and their artistic process. This extended to audio design and pacing as much as each edit where long, patient cuts allowed the artist to share themselves while leaving ample room for the settings in and around Melbourne to breathe. Edits for each vignette were produced as longform and 90 second highlights, across landscape, portrait and square aspect ratios.
