College Animated Identity Series
Animated identities for each of Monivae College’s four school houses — part of a whole-school visual rebrand. Each identity moves from the college crest through to the house crest, designed to work across sporting events, digital signage, and reception spaces.

Motion Design
As part of a modernisation of Monivae College’s visual identity, a series of animations were commissioned to articulate and celebrate the individual spirit and history of each of the College’s distinct school houses. The animated identities must be at home in a variety of contexts from sporting events to the school reception offices.
Careful ideation, keyword selection, and exploratory storyboarding during preproduction helped set our collective vision for Monivae College, this series as a whole, and the individual character of each of the College’s houses. Of a variety of potential approaches, we opted for a dramatic reveal transition beginning from the Monivae crest through to each house crest. Vivid use of house colours and visual motifs make each animated identity stand out in this lively and modern celebration of the College’s unique history.
